When it’s time to cover the things we learn, we learn there’s a big world out there, and there’s much to cover. And time is ever of the essence. Here are our Classes and Conferences, as it is the way go, to help us stay on course, of course.

Something for Everybody, Everyday!

  • The Prize and the Pomegranate

It’s safe to say we all know pomegranate is one of the worlds original fruits, one of the most delicious, and one of the most nutritious edibles on the planet. This is indeed prized knowledge; but this course is far removed from that tree. This course shares information some may label as forbidden or dangerous, like the fruit in Eden (which some historians insist was a pomegranate), once you take a bite your eyes will open to see things never seen before. This is that course! Don’t mess around with it, as you may not be able to handle it. You’ve heard how the truth is hard to handle, and even harder to swallow. Researcher/Instructor Lexa Page painstakingly provides our historical sources, and these sources are sweet, as truth can also be sweet.

  • The Business of Business

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business or turn your hobby into one. Maybe you simply want to learn what business is. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, it is going to fit into the business file one way or another. Business is the business of the world, and business is the only way around it. This course will not only introduce you to the concepts of business, but it will also help many to become comfortable discussing the topic. Instructor Gideon Brown will get you onboard. For after all, a ship is a business!

  • The Radius

Calm down… this has nothing to do with port or party. But it does have much to do with mental perspective and perspicacity. Our human brain is a complex organ, infinitely coiled and circumfluent in water, it controls everything in our anatomy, thus it controls everything we do… and, of course, everything we think. Think about it! But that’s just the point, the Radius will certainly unravel your brain to test its limits. The Radius is not only a class, it’s a veritable thinktank, and Course Instructor Rahzi Bey, triggering your transmitters, will challenge your head… to keep you on your feet!

  • The Asiatic Conference of Light

The earth is ancient, and that means light is ancient as well. Yet, light becomes new to someone every minute, hour, and day. Every second the earth turns, someone orientates into the light. That’s a wonderful reality concerning our universe. Our Asiatic Degree is the essential Orientational Degree in the A.F.M.R, and within its lessons are keys to perpetual enlightenment. Every day we raise the sun, and it doesn’t rise on its own unless we orientate ourselves to its properties. We invite every member to this conference for the foundation basics without which we have no ship to sail the High Seas.

  • The World Ship University

What is the World Ship University?

A subscription course for Moorish Rite Freemasons sailing on two knots or above. The university is not for everyone. Here, you will tackle subjects from the surface to the deep, and beyond. And your Instructor will be none other than GM Abdullah Ibrahim, the Master Teacher! This is it... this is the World Ship University... subscribe today!

  • Safety Afloat Begins Ashore

Safety is certainly at the heart of our concerns in this pandemic epoch. During the first wave of the Covid scare, GM Jonathan Gill suggested the A.F.M.R/O.M.S should research, collect, and cultivate safety information to make it available for our members and anyone caring to join our conference. and Safety Afloat Begins Ashore was born. We call it SABA acronymically. It has been a boon for us and others since the 2019 Covid break, and we've all been safer, better, and better informed since then. Stay informed, attend SABA every Monday!

  • The Legend of Ariem Abef Bey

Reading much in the genre of fantasy, unlike other Masonic allegories, generally rendered as small tales, but with big moral lessons, the Legend of Ariem Abef Bey (the official Moorish Rite allegory) is a tale like no other. Dr. Clifford E. Hazel Bey called it, “The allegory of our times.” Set in the most ancient of worlds, here, you will read of a flying horse, a wise-talking sea monster, an aging but wise king, an evil and cunning master villain and his brothers, an entire world prone on the precipice of destruction, and a courageous hero cut from swashbuckler cloth determined to save humanity. How on earth could such a tale have any significance today? Well, it’s all about the “Legend of Ariem Abef Bey, and it’s all about today! And who was Ariem Abef Bey? Get the book to find out, and attend the meeting every Friday! It's fun reading to be sure, but serious subject matter to be studied.
